Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original packaging
• In the same condition as received

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, refunds may be considered in the case of:

• Faulty or defective items
• Incorrect items received

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we strictly do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on underwear and swimwear.

In addition, certain items (including selected sale items) are non-returnable unless faulty.

Sale Items
All sale or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns Process
All returns and exchanges must be arranged through our team. Please do not send items back without prior approval.

We will provide you with instructions once your return request has been reviewed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos where applicable.
